Hello Team awesome! I was away monday - wednesday this week.

Here are the things that you did with Mr. Smith and Mr. Sternloff

Monday:
1. Safety worksheets - you used your text book to fill out this worksheet (page 475) and draw the WHMIS symbols

3. you divided into groups and did safety posters

Tuesday:

1. Scientific method worksheet - this one was hard.  I want you to know the words and their meanings but you do not have to memorize them.  Just be familiar with them

Build a virus model: first we planned it out and made sure we had all of the parts (genetic material, capsid and envelope) then you got air dry clay and modelling clay and made your own virus. 4. You had to answer 3 questions about your virus: - How will your virus 'get in' the body? - What disease will it cause? BE CREATIVE, make up a unique one - Is it curable? or is there a vaccine for it? 5. We also watched a movie while doing this activity.
