Jan 31 blocks 7 and 8

Jan 31
- We did the same activities as the block 3/4 class yesterday

1. table top twitter - we discussed what we needed to do as learners to be successful, respected/respectful and safe


2. My Job/Your job - students identified what their responsibilities are, what the teacher's responsibilities are and what our shared responsibilities are.

We also had a bit of extra time today so we looked at the BC Ministry of Education website and started to talk about the curricular competencies that are there.

We figured out that "competencies" is a tricky word and that we think it means "being good at" - more to come on this
